Owned and operated by Louie Mourouzidis, DJ’s is known for serving up affordable American and Greek favorites in a laid-back, friendly setting that turns first-timers into lifelong regulars. from the beginning
2025
DJ’s celebrated it’s 30 year anniversary serving great food and good times in Salisbury.
2003
Another expansion phase began, this time to add a bar and upgrade the kitchen.
1996
An expansion phase began to increase the size of the dining room (what’s now the wallpaper room).
1995
Louie moved to Salisbury from Connecticut and purchased DJ's, an existing restaurant
2014
The SkyLounge was built, adding a much needed place to host nightlife in Salisbury.
